Who we are
Pantry of Purpose, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a nonprofit mobile pantry serving Central Florida. This nonprofit privacy policy explains what data collection practices we have in place, how we use your information, and your choices regarding your data.
Information we collect
You provide: name, email, phone, mailing address, volunteer sign-up details, messages sent via forms, and (optionally) organization or affiliation.
Donations: If you donate online, payment details are processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). We do not store full card numbers or bank info on our servers.
Events & programs: basic check-in info (e.g., household size, ZIP code) to plan inventory and report impact.
Automatic data: basic analytics and cookies (e.g., IP address, device/browser, pages viewed).
Images/recordings (optional): photos or testimonials you voluntarily provide permission for us to use.
How we use information
Operate our website, pop-ups, and volunteer/donation workflows
Send receipts, acknowledgments, and year-end summaries
Provide updates you request (newsletters, event notices)
Improve services, plan inventory, and report impact in aggregate
Comply with laws and prevent misuse or fraud

Sharing & third parties
Processors: We use reputable vendors to operate our site and services (e.g., Stripe for payments, email and form tools, website host). They may process data on our behalf under contracts.

No selling: We do not sell your personal information.
